Is It Any Good?

It will offer hours of Toy Story fun and imaginative play with the jet pack, pop out wings and various buttons making it an active and dynamic toy. Toys with moving parts are always more popular than their static counterparts. The movie phrases such as “I’m Buzz Lightyear” and “approaching target” also make Buzz a top choice as children love to pretend their action figures are communicating with them or each other.

The only downsides are that he can fall over easily if not positioned carefully, the knee and ankle joints are quite stiff, some of the stickers can peel off and it is quite loud with no off switch – you’ve been warned!

Fans of the Harry Potter toys, books and films will love being whisked off into well known scenes such as the Lego styled Diagon Alley and a very detailed and grand 3D version of Hogwarts Castle in this new video game.

Children aged 7 and over will be able to enjoy Harry Potter’s first four years (aka the first four books) at Hogwarts in a whole new way by casting their own spells and cooking up their own magic potions. They will feel as if they are really attending Hogwarts School as they go to lessons, talk to teachers, mix up their potions, fly on their broomsticks and undertake various tasks to complete the game.

There are over 140 popular characters that they can play as in this Lego Harry Potter game. These obviously include Harry, Ron and Hermione but there are many more on top such as Fang, Hagrid’s dog! Whichever character you choose has their own special abilities whether this is riding a broomstick or being able to perform different magic spells. There is a special Lego magic spell that all characters can cast though which moves and builds Lego bricks into walls, stairs or other objects. You will also learn more spells and potions as you progress through the game, just as if you were in the real school.

The graphics are great giving rise to beautiful scenery. The story part is very faithful to the films and there are many comedic moments to keep everyone laughing. One downside of story mode though is that it cannot be skipped over to dive straight into the gaming section. This waiting around can be annoying for children impatient to play the game.

This game is less of a fighting game than other Lego games. It is more of a learning journey where you explore Hogwarts to uncover secrets and solve mysteries and puzzles along the way. You will need to use the new spells and potions you have learned to help you out, but don’t get them wrong or you might turn into a frog.

You can easily play with friends and family using co-operative play where players can join or leave the game as they please as well as change characters. This game is great for younger players as you do not die, you just regenerate and lose a few Lego studs that you are supposed to collect as you play. This ensures older and younger siblings can play happily together as the youngsters won’t get frustrated when they mess things up. There is no prior Harry Potter knowledge required to play the game, so any children that are just into magic will still love it.

If your child prefers action games, then this is probably not the game for them. This could be deemed more educational as other than smashing a few things, it is all about solving puzzles. It is quite easy to play but does need you to think at certain points.

If you want to join in with your kids go for the Wii version. It is more parent friendly and you won’t be able to stop yourself from wanting to have a go. The only downside to the Lego Harry Potter DS version is the need to use the stylus for everything as opposed to the buttons. This can be frustrating if you are used to playing with buttons, especially when the console misreads your stylus action, and also seems to slow the game down.

This interactive journey follows Harry and friends through their first four years as a budding wizard. Your children will be kept quiet for hours as they make potions, cast spells and solve puzzles. They can play on their own, with friends or even with you and with the combination of the Lego and Harry Potter brands, you know you are buying a quality product.

Top 3 Transformers 2 Toys

#1 Transformers Deluxe Class

For around £13 you can recreate exciting movie scenes with a Transformers 2 Deluxe Figure that converts with a few twists and turns into a cool vehicle and comes with a missile accessory.

Our thoughts

These 19cm figures are realistic to the well loved movie characters, well made and come with an impressive amount of detail. The transformation is perfect for Transformers fans – it is complex and involved, so not too easy but not too fiddly either. There are 15 or more movements to move the figure from vehicle to robot, so you will be satisfied when it is done, but may need to help younger children. If you think you may find the transformation too difficult, try the Fast Action Battlers which were specifically designed to have a quicker and easier transformation. They are less accurately detailed though. The robot modes are excellent, with at least 14 points of articulation making the figures able to achieve a range of poses. These Deluxe Transformers will offer hours of fun for children.

There a couple of downsides to these toys – being Transformers toys in general rather than this Deluxe class especially. These are (1) the very poor instructions for transformation and (2) the fluctuating prices. Within the Deluxe class of toys, you may find that some vehicle modes are less interesting than others.

#2 Transformers Voyager Class

• Large scale replica of the movie characters
• Features Mech Alive technology so you can see internal gearing
• Also includes a vehicle attack mode

For around £23 you can buy a large scale (28cm) replica of a movie character being the Transformers 2 Voyager Figure. They include realistic styling and detailed conversion from vehicle to robot mode. They feature Mech Alive technology meaning their internal gears are shown when certain parts of the toy are moved and they are armed with missiles ready for battle.

Our thoughts

This class of Transformers 2 toy is priced mid way between the Deluxe and the Leader classes. The vehicle mode is nicely detailed and the robot mode is well articulated and moves cleanly. Well built joints and cleverly designed feet, enable many poses to be achieved. The representation to the movie characters is good. Transforming between modes is a little tricky and slightly awkward to start off with but practice makes perfect. Once in robot mode, with a few more twists, you can get a vehicle attack mode where the weapons are used. Do not think this is triple transforming toy though as the attack mode is more of a small extra. For value for money, the Deluxe class may be a better bet.

#3 Transformers Human Alliance Bumblebee & Sam

• Large with huge amounts of detail
• Includes a Sam action figure to create hours of fun
• Exceptional articulation

For around £30 you get a Sam action figure and a Bumblebee robot-to-vehicle transformer. In robot mode, Bumblebee has a flip-out cannon and in the Camaro vehicle mode you can fit two human ally figures inside (although additional figures are sold separately).

Our thoughts

Bumblebee is a popular choice in the Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen toy range as he is so adorable. This representation is large at 33cm and very accurately detailed – the cannon is great and he even comes with a battle mask. This bigger, more detailed version even includes an interior to the car, including seats and a steering wheel, back bumpers that become knee caps and a chest that has two rotating sections. The articulation is also out of this world with over 30 movable joints. It is very well made but it is quite tricky to transform. This does mean, however, that both vehicle mode and robot mode are of a good standard. Once you get the hang of it, it does become much easier but it may be better suited to slightly older children. The inclusion of a 6cm Sam action figure is a great bonus as it makes Bumblebee more interactive and fun to play with. Sam is cool in his own right and there a few standing or sitting areas where he can ride on Bumblebee and some guns for him to use. The price may seem high but you do get what you pay for.

#4 Transformers Leader Class

• Large scale, but not heavy, action figures
• Features Mech Alive technology so you can see internal gearing
• Electronic speech and lighting up eyes and chest

Costing around £45, the Transformers Optimus Prime, Megatron and Jetfire Leader class figures are 30cm, large scale action figures with realistic styling and detail. They are made using ‘Mech Alive’ technology which means their moving armour panels and internal gears are shown when certain parts of the toy are moved. They also feature electronic speech, lighting up eyes and chest and snap–out swords. As with most other Transformer toys, the robot form transforms into a vehicle form.

Our thoughts

Children will love them, especially the popular Transformers 2 Optimus Prime toy, as they are large scale (but not heavy), have great film sounds, are sturdy, colourful and well made. The figures’ joints are of the ‘pop off’ variety to avoid breakages so are easily reattached. They are accurate to the movie characters and are well articulated so you can stand them in many positions. As with all action figures, they encourage imaginative play.

The main downside of the Movie Leader figures is the transformation process. Transformers fans rate the transformation as anywhere from “a little tricky to transform” to “completely impossible”. It is definitely thought to be one of the hardest and most challenging Transformers figures yet. As such younger fans will need a lot of help with this process and may get very frustrated. If they are happy to play with it in robot or vehicle mode then your life will be easier. The age of 5 years and up is definitely inappropriate if you are planning on this toy keeping a 5 year old quiet on their own. The Transformers Movie Leader Megatron is supposedly a bit easier to transform but for younger fans, stick with the smaller ranges or perhaps try the #2 hot toy this Christmas – the Bumblebee Helmet.

#5 Transformers Scout Figures

• Small and portable but still transform
• Very detailed and realistic to the movie characters
• Some articulation

For around £8 you can buy these 14cm Transformers 2 Scout Figures that convert from realistic movie vehicles to awesome robots. They are highly detailed and articulated.

Our thoughts

Scout figures are perfect Transfomers for their size. They have everything they need but are not overloaded with excesses. The detailing is very good considering this class of Transformer toy is quite small. The transformation to robot mode can be a bit fiddly at first as parts pop off quite easily but overall is simple and fun. The articulation is not remarkable but good enough for its size and there is plenty to play with. As for downsides, in robot form this toy is pretty fragile and it doesn’t stand up very well.

What is the Hogwarts Express Lego set?

The best Harry Potter toy is this 410 piece Lego set that you will use to build the Hogwarts train engine, carriage and platform 9¾. There is a 48 page instruction booklet to show you in detail how to build each item. You probably need about two hours to build it all. In the fantastically detailed red engine are three engine lids that open to reveal secret storage compartments. Here you can hide the little suitcase and two golden keys and if danger approaches you can flick the switch on the piston to shoot the suitcase out of the engine. The carriage has an opening lid, so you play inside it with the three main characters once built. These characters may be in Lego style but are perfectly detailed. Platform 9¾ comes with its own revolving door so Harry and friends can pass through it almost magically.

Why does the Hogwarts Express Lego set top our list of the best Harry Potter toys?

The set is visually attractive with its strong red colours and is the perfect combination of easy but challenging to put together. It will keep children amused for hours but they will not need your constant help. It includes the three main characters but does not need any track as the train can be pushed along. It is sturdy and the attention to detail is immense. Features are abundant and the inclusion of Platform 9 ¾ makes this a complete magical experience. On one side is the platform and on the other is the wall you must run through. It comes with all sorts of luggage carriers and trolleys as well as a potions book, a broom, a lamp, and a garbage container. Inside the carriage there are tables and seats to sit your mini figure on. You can modify the engine to run on Lego track if you have any – you just need three sets of wheels and a motor. As this set was one of the first made back in the beginnings of the Harry Potter craze, it is now harder to find so attracts a higher price tag.

#2 Lego Hogwarts Castle

What is the Hogwarts Castle Lego set?

This Harry Potter Lego Castle is a replica of Hogwarts and is truly stunning once completed. The process of building it is challenging with its 682 pieces but is exciting and will take a few hours of concentration. All of the characters are there including Hagrid and Dumbledore. There are many unexpected details such as trap doors, secret stairways, spiral staircases that spin in different directions, moving portraits, treasure chests, a holographic sticker and glow in the dark characters. There is a detailed instruction guide included although the castle can be built in various ways so children can let their imaginations run wild. The rooms it includes are the dining hall, the Owlery, the library and the hall outside the Gryffindor quarters. The fat lady painting on the door is present and spins around. This would lead into the Gryffindor House Lego set, if you bought that too!

Of all the Harry Potter Lego sets, this is the largest. It is huge with many exciting features and is likely to take you close to three hours to build. It is unbelievable how much fun can be had from one box. The individual parts of the castle are separated into different bags within the box, so children are not overwhelmed when they start building. The architecture is expansive – there are arches, grated windows, stone texturing, a balcony and multiple towers. For any Harry Potter fan, this building really brings the story to life. You can lose yourself in a world of witchcraft and wizardry right in your own house. For children who have not read the books, the whole fun experience will probably encourage them to do so. You could even act out the chapters from the book using the castle and its characters.

On the downsides some of the parts are very long and thin, so break off more easily. The interior space to play in once built is also quite small despite the set being so big. The largeness comes in its height rather than internal space. It is also a very expensive piece of kit, but for Harry Potter fans it can be the start of more. As more Lego sets are brought out they can be added on to create a monster Harry Potter experience. In an age where it is hard to drag your children away from the television or computer, at last there is something based around their favourite wizard that will encourage them to use their creativity and imagination building something magical. This truly is a unique and creative gift with something to offer everyone.

#3 Mystery At Hogwarts Board Game

What is the Mystery At Hogwarts Board Game?

Based around the original Philosopher’s Stone book, this Harry Potter game places you as a student at Hogwarts. A crime has been committed and it is up to you to solve it. By rolling the dice and using the Hogwarts cards, you move your sorting hat playing piece around the board, eliminating the suspects one by one until you find the truth. The artwork on the board and gaming cards is very detailed and colourful and it really brings Hogwarts and its characters to life. This game is aimed at all the family and there are plenty of plot twists to keep you interested.

Why is the Mystery At Hogwarts Board Game in our list of the top 10 Harry Potter toys?

You do not need to know anything about Harry Potter to play this game, so it is ideal for parents to play with their children. Knowing Harry Potter trivia will not help you. It is similar to Cluedo in that you have to solve the mystery to win. You move about the school trying to figure out which three cards are contained in Fluffy’s folder, ie, who did it, where did they do it and which spell they used. You can try and use some of the secret passageways to move about faster. The game is fun, competitive and exciting. If you follow a logical process you will be racing to the end when you’ve found out ‘whodunit’. Make sure Peeves, the ghost doesn’t get you though as he will send you back to the start. This game, ideally for three or more players, may not be completely original in terms of game play but does have extra features over Cluedo, such as the ghost and game cards that help you or hurt you. It offers real family fun and is a cut above other board games.

Scene It Harry Potter 2nd Edition is an interactive board game with Harry Potter movie questions on an accompanying DVD. There are image quizzes, puzzles and questions from the Order of the Phoenix film as well as movie clips from the Goblet of Fire. A Flextime game board allows you to choose the length of time you have available for play. The box also includes four Harry Potter playing pieces, an oversized dice, 160 trivia cards, 30 points cards and a DVD that plays different questions every time.

The basic idea behind Scene It? Games is that you have two dice to roll. There is the usual numbered one and an extra one with symbols. These symbols tell you which challenges you have to complete in order to win this game. Some challenges are interactive, some are from question cards about magic or muggles and some involve picking a house point card and doing what it says. If you succeed at your challenge, you move the number of spaces you rolled on the number dice. You can also use the party play option if you don’t want to bother with the board, which just fires random questions at you and you have to be the first to answer.

This game offers hours of Harry Potter based fun. The questions are a little on the easy side but children do not seem to mind as there are plenty to get through. It also helps children with matching, spelling, reading, counting and more while having fun. The game is easy to set up and put away. This second edition now covers the first five films, whereas the first edition covered the first four, so it is probably not worth buying if you have the first game already. #6 Harry Potter Cluedo Game

What is the Harry Potter Cluedo Game?

This is not just a standard Cluedo set up. Players do move their way around Hogwarts, trying to figure out who made a student disappear, with which weapon or spell and in which room the student was attacked. But new game play features have been added as Hogwarts comes to life when the board itself shifts from turn to turn. Secret passages also appear, along with hidden staircases and the Dark Mark. When you think you have the mystery solved, make your way to Dumbledore’s office to state your case and win the game.

The Cluedo style game has always been popular but mix that with the mystical world of Harry Potter and the new features and you are onto a winner. The third dice is a great addition, allowing the board to turn, although this does require a tad more assembly than a usual Cluedo game. Quite regularly someone will get to turn the dial under the game board, to open and close doors and secret passages in Hogwarts. This is a very fun twist. It also causes the Dark Mark to appear meaning players collect dark cards that cost them points. The Dark Mark makes this even a challenging game for adults as once your points drop to zero, you are out of the game. It is probably the only downside of the game as you can lose the game by just being unlucky on dice rolls or board shifts. The only way to counter dark cards to via help cards (allies, spells and items) so you need to ensure you collect as many of these as you can whilst you move around the board. The design is good and the cards cover quite a variety of Harry Potter characters. Although there is a certain element of luck involved in winning, you need to use your mental skills to make inferences and deductions. This is yet another fun game for all the family to enjoy.

What is the Harry Potter Deluxe Robe?

Turn your child into the great boy wizard himself with this Harry Potter costume, a Deluxe Gryffindor Robe. It is a black robe with attached hood, burgundy accents, front close clasp and an embroidered Gryffindor Crest patch on the front. This patch has a grey lion as the coat of arms. What is the Harry Potter Top Trumps Game?

There are a few sets of Top Trumps available in the Harry Potter range – those for Half Blood Prince, Order Of The Phoenix, Prisoner of Azcaban and Goblet Of Fire. All of the main Harry Potter characters are featured on the cards and you could mix all the sets together into a super set if you so desired. Harry and his friends and enemies are rated in categories including Magic, Cunning, Courage, Wisdom and Temper. The game play is no different to usual. Each player takes their cards and holds them so that they can see the top card only. The first player reads out a selected statistic, for example, Magic or Cunning. The other players then read out the same statistic from their own top cards. The player with the highest value wins and places all the top cards including their own to the bottom of their own pile. The winner then chooses the next statistic and so the game continues until all the cards are in one person’s hands. He or she is the overall winner.

Transformers Movie Leader – What Does It Do?

Standing at just over 30cm tall, these Transformers Revenge of The Fallen Movie Leader action figures are pretty big. They are very realistically designed and detailed to mirror the film characters. They are made using ‘Mech Alive’ technology which means their moving armour panels and internal gears are shown when certain parts of the toy are moved. They also have the expected electronic speech along with lighting up eyes and chest you have come to expect. Snap–out swords are an additional feature. They are stored behind the arms until ‘flipped’ out. As we are talking Transformer toys here, the robot form converts or “transforms” into a vehicle form. In Optimus Prime’s case this vehicle is a truck, with engine revving, racing and conversion sounds. For Megatron it is a tough alien tank, with firing fusion cannon and blasting sounds. These toys are for children aged 5 and over.

Transformers Movie Leader – Is It Any Good?

The Transformers Movie Leader toys are a love them or hate them item.

The new Revenge of The Fallen toys are improved over those released with the first film. They are less bulky and the flip out swords are a great new addition. There is no need to worry about the swords though as they are made of soft plastic! The only things these new versions are missing over their predecessors are articulated fingers and rubber tyres.

Children will love them as they are large scale (but not heavy), have great film sounds, are sturdy, colourful and well made. The figures’ joints are of the ‘pop off’ variety to avoid breakages. They are easily reattached.

They are accurate to the movie characters and are well articulated so you can stand them in many positions. As with all action figures, they encourage imaginative play.

One extra feature of this Transformers Optimus Prime toy is that you can ‘merge’ it with the Jetfire Leader figure (sold separately) to make the ultimate Optimus Prime character seen at the end of the film. The two figures just snap together making a huge resulting combination where Jetfire becomes body armour and a jet pack for Optimus Prime.

Transformers Movie Leader – Are There Any Downsides?

The main downside of the Movie Leader figures is the transformation process. Transformers fans rate the transformation as anywhere from “a little tricky to transform” to “completely impossible”. It is definitely thought to be one of the hardest and most challenging Transformers figures yet.

The instructions are lame at best, with poor illustrations rather than written steps, and the only way to get the job done if you are struggling is by watching one of the many demonstrations fans have loaded onto YouTube. As well as by the instructions, you are also hindered by the fact that the toy does not stay in place until the transformation is complete and all pieces are snapped into place. Unusually some parts do not fit well either.

This downside means that younger fans will need a lot of help with this process and may get very frustrated. If they are happy to play with it in robot or vehicle mode then your life will be easier. The chances are after a few transformations they will have a mode that they prefer to play with so your transforming skills can take a well earned rest. The age of 5 years and up is definitely inappropriate if you are planning on this toy keeping a 5 year old quiet on their own.

The Transformers Movie Leader Megatron is supposedly a bit easier to transform but this doesn’t help if you have an Optimus Prime fan. In this case you may be better off with a Voyager figure. Alternatively you could check out our review of the #2 hot toy this Christmas – the Bumblebee Helmet.

Some people find the tricky transformation to be a positive as they find the whole process part of the fun of the toy and the ones that you can change in an easy 4 steps are not very challenging.

The other complaint is that various pieces, like the feet and chest plate, fall off – often.

Finally the electronic speech may get a little tiresome during transformation but this is easily fixed by taking the batteries out until you are done helping and you can leave your child to it!

A word of warning if you are planning on buying the new Movie Leaders, make sure you get the Transformers Revenge of The Fallen toys version. There should be two orange swords with Optimus Prime. The older toys from the original film are more expensive and harder to get hold of.

1. What are G.I Joe Toys?

G.I. Joe toys are military-themed articulated action figures and role play toys produced by the toy company Hasbro. They mimic the elite military unit comprised of special operatives from the new film, operate out of a headquarters called The Pit, and fight evil in the form of an arms dealing organisation.

6. Which is the best G.I Joe Toy?

9.5cm Single Figures

These figures have incredible articulation so you can pose them in some pretty good stances. The detailing of colour and clothing is also impressive and they resemble the movie version of the characters well. The figures are sturdy and come with a great assortment of top notch accessories that offer loads of fun for children.

Bravo Vehicles

These large vehicles are well put together and can stand the batterings dished out by children.

PIT Mobile Headquarters

Offering hours of play this popular playset is huge, has so many hidden features with so much to do, the play possibilities are endless. It is easier to play with opened up rather than in vehicle mode but having the two options adds to its longevity as an interesting toy. The quality is not child proof so the set needs more TLC than perhaps the figures. Some of the pieces do not lock in place and some of the door hinges need reattaching often. There are a lot of small parts and enough stickers to keep your little ones busy just for a day with them! The main downside is the hefty price tag but you are getting a great toy. Keep your eye out for any discount offers that may fly around before Christmas to sweeten the deal.

7. Which is the worst G.I Joe Toy?

30cm Ninjas

These ninjas look slightly odd with an out of proportion chest and different sized arms. The weapons and clothes are better but nothing spectacular. They are not as detailed as the texturing you find on the fully plastic 9.5cm figures although the face detailing is pretty good. The accessories are stored well when not in battle but can cause some difficulty for posing along with the small feet which make it hard to stand. Swivel/hinge joints are missing from the neck and torso which makes posing less than ideal and most of the articulation is pretty loose. No doubt most children will enjoy the phrases and fighting sounds that are activated via the push buttons on the back or on the chest but save yourself a few pounds and get your child to be creative making his own sounds with the much better 9.5cm figures.

Night Raven Vehicle

The pictures on the box look great but the actual toy doesn’t live up to the promise. The detailing is not up to much and the colour is more navy than black. You need to snap on parts of the jet that are a slightly different shade, making them look like add ons. The only upsides are the sounds made by the jet – all of which are great: the jet flyby sound, the blast and bullet ricochet firing sounds, the alarm beep and the various pilot communication sounds. You can also play these sounds simultaneously to add to the reality of your game play.

Walkie Talkies

Are any children’s walkie talkies any good? No, we have had a few sets and they have all been terrible. The trouble is they look good and boys seems to be particularly partial to dashing about on ‘operations’ with them. Disappointment soon sets in though when they only work a few metres apart and then only in open areas – not quite the exciting covert missions they had envisaged. Be advised – spend a few more pounds on a real set that will actually work.

8. What educational value does the G.I Joe Toys range provide?

These action figures and vehicles can be animated, stopped and started mid game and started again in an entirely different scenario. Sharing these experiences with other children promotes social development as they express themselves through play. Playing with toy soldiers provides strong, positive role models for children. It helps develop their moral reasoning by identifying the good from the bad characters.

If your child wants to look and sound like Bumblebee, the detailing on this helmet is great. The various modes and electronic features will no doubt keep them busy for a while. This role play toy will help them act our their favourite movie scenes and will encourage imaginative play. Group play is ideal for this type of toy. The easy-to-adjust straps help you get a comfortable fit and ensure this Bumblebee toy fits everyone. It is also quick to adjust to swap between children and/or adults. Overall this is a cool toy for children but can also be plenty of fun for adults and certainly offers a prop for doing some robot bonding with your child. Regress back to childhood for a while, let yourself go and take your chance at commanding the world. After the initial ‘cannot put it down’ phase is over, you could use this toy for fancy dress and during a game at your next childrens party.

Bumblebee Helmet – Are There Any Downsides?

There seem to be very mixed reviews about the quality of the Bumblebee Helmet. The top back portion of the helmet does need putting together. People are having difficulty fixing all the pieces together and keeping them together once made. As the refixing gets landed on the adults, the children do not seem affected and still value it as a toy. The size of the helmet is a little bulky so may be better for older children. It would not be so heavy on their heads. Make sure you at least stick with the 5+ age rating. There is also confusion as to the voice actions.  This is a voice mixer helmet not a voice changer. So it just projects your regular voice with some music, it does not make you sound like a robot.

The Transformers 2 Voyager Figures are larger scale replicas of the movie characters. They include realistic styling and detailed conversion from vehicle to robot mode.

Demolisher features spinning gears in robot mode and transforms into an excavator with a working shovel in vehicle mode.

Starscream can fire either of two missiles from his pop-out missile launcher in robot mode or activate gears with a turn of his head. He then converts to an F-22 Raptor aircraft in vehicle mode.

Ironhide can unleash a missile attack in robot mode and attachable arm cannons give him extra battle power. After transforming to Topkick truck mode, this cool cruiser features a cannon that attaches to the truck bed.

Optimus Prime can fire either of two missiles from his firing cannons in robot mode or can convert to tough truck mode and turn the smokestacks into cannons.
